Ab13 chord
The A-flat dominant thirteenth chord (abbreviated "Ab13 chord") is a seven-note chord consisting of the notes A♭, C, E♭, G♭, B♭, D♭, and F. The chord is formed by adding a thirteenth to a A-flat dominant eleventh chord.
In practice, the fifth (E♭) and eleventh (D♭) are often omitted from the Ab13 chord to avoid a very dissonant sound, and because it's not always possible to play all notes simultaneously.
