1. Personal data
I do not collect personal data unless you provide it by sending me an email or by creating a user. When you create a user, I collect your name, email, password, age and country. Your age and country is used to determine if you need parental consent.
By default, your personal data is kept private, not shared with third parties, and not used for commercial purposes. Your data is stored and processed in Denmark. Your password is stored safely in an irreversible form.
When using the exercises your progress is stored so you do not have to start over the next time you log in. If you share your progress with others, your name and progress will be visible to those users. You can revoke this sharing at any time.
I retain your personal data until you delete your user. If you want to delete your user or if you want a copy of the data I hold about you, please email me.

Additionally, third-party cookies are used if you log in with Facebook or Google.
If you do not want cookies to apply to you, you can disable them in your browser. Be aware that if you disable cookies, the above features will not work.
3. Children's privacy
Section 1 describes what personal data I collect and how I use it. By default, children's personal data is kept private, and not used for commercial purposes.
During registration I check the user's age and country to determine if the user is able to give a valid consent. If consent of a parent is required, the user must enter their email and the parent will receive a direct notice about the child's registration.
Parents have the right to review and have deleted their child's personal information. If you do not wish your child to have a user on Musicca, you may contact me to request that I delete the user and all associated information.
