D#m11 chord
The D-sharp minor eleventh chord (abbreviated "D#m11 chord") is a six-note chord consisting of the notes D♯, F♯, A♯, C♯, E♯, and G♯. The chord is formed by adding an eleventh to a D-sharp minor ninth chord.
In practice, the fifth (A♯) is often omitted from the D#m11 chord to avoid a very dissonant sound, and because it's not always possible to play all notes simultaneously.
