E#m11 chord
The E-sharp minor eleventh chord (abbreviated "E#m11 chord") is a six-note chord consisting of the notes E♯, G♯, B♯, D♯, F, and A♯. The chord is formed by adding an eleventh to a E-sharp minor ninth chord.
In practice, the fifth (B♯) is often omitted from the E#m11 chord to avoid a very dissonant sound, and because it's not always possible to play all notes simultaneously.
