The A Mixolydian scale is a seven-note scale consisting of the notes A, B, C♯, D, E, F♯, and G. The scale corresponds to a A major scale with the seventh degree lowered a half step.
The A Mixolydian scale is a mode of the E major scale. It contains the same notes but starts on the fifth degree of the major scale.
