C-flat Locrian scale

The C-flat Locrian scale is a seven-note scale consisting of the notes C♭, D♭♭, E♭♭, F♭, G♭♭, A♭♭, and B♭♭. The scale corresponds to the C-flat natural minor scale with the second and fifth degree lowered a half step.

The C-flat Locrian scale is a mode of the D-double-flat major scale. It contains the same notes but starts on the seventh degree of the major scale.
